Care Instructions: To ensure they last a lifetime, please remove them before swimming, showering, or sleeping, and avoid direct contact with heavy perfumes or hairsprays.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Because of the delicate and hygienic nature of body jewelry, we have a specific return policy:
Cancellations: Changed your mind? You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, before we begin crafting your order.
Returns & Exchanges: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or your item arrived broken, please reach out to us at mathicreation@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.
